The Centre is committed to life-long learning. It offers individuals from a range of
disciplines the opportunity to:
- Increase their knowledge of issues confronting older people
- Increase community understanding of issues relevant to ageing
- Build evidence to support practice
- Develop expertise in relevant areas of practice
- Pursue research questions or issues of interest
The staff within the Centre are also experienced in conference presentations, workshops and small group education, curriculum development and competency-based training.
